We're proud to offer two excellent modern movement systems, the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® and the True Pilates method.
Our mission is to assist those of all fitness levels in archieving and maintaining well-being of the mind and body through intelligent movement.
Our teachers have up to 15 years of teaching experience. We offer offline and online private, semi-private and group classes. All classes are taught in a variety of languages, including English, Chinese, and Russian.
